What are you feeling now?





Emotions! Seems like they never leave your side. At times they are silent, not affecting you in anyway as they simply lurk in the background ready to leap into action when and if something happens. And something does happen KABOOM! You feel mad, sad, bad or angry… The list goes on.

Your thinking, your attitude and your feelings are deeply affected by your emotions. This translates to who you choose to marry, what kind of career you are in etc. In fact every area of your life is clouded or colored by your emotions. More importantly, your success is also defined by your emotions. If you can deal with your emotions well then success becomes somewhat easier, if not, well you know where that goes.

We all try to ignore and suppress our negative feelings rather than actually dealing with them because we simply don’t know how to. Most of the time we’ll push them down into the sub-regions of the mind so we can forget that we actually have them. This takes a great deal of energy to do. When we find we can’t deal with the feelings and they are getting more difficult to suppress the next natural step is to run away “fight or flight” - we choose flight. “If I can just get away from this environment the feelings will stop…” - I hate to tell you but they don’t stop.

Realizing that the feelings dont stop we adopt the last and final manner of dealing with the feelings. Grief - We cry our eyes out. - OR - we punch someone in the face or yell at them.  There is however an additional way of dealing with your negative emotions, plus its fun, simple and very effective.  The first step is to take a closer look at your negative emotions instead of burying your head in the ground. And also by following the simple steps in this method.

1. You will understand your emotional makeup.

2. You will understand and begin to explore the concept that its possible to let go of negative and limiting emotions with ease.

3. You will learn to better understand people.

4. You’ll discover who you truly are, “your own best friend”.
