I found a great one liner in The Science of Getting Rich Book by Wallace D. Wattles. This hit home for me so deeply. So without further ado “Love is denied expression by poverty”. WOW - Basically what that means to me and correct me if I am wrong but if you are broke and poor how can you express love.

I imagine this relates to how much of your spiritual energy is caught up in dealing with the poverty so you have little or nothing left of it to share with anyone else. Oddly enough though when we are poor or in poverty “I’ve been there myself” we certainly can get angry. Which means we do have energy left its just that its negative energy.
